Hire Terms and Conditions

By hiring a product with &honey, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

You must read and adhere to the instructions via the QR code on the box/bag. 
You must seek medical advice from your care team prior to use.
&honey accepts no responsibility for injury, accident, damage or death to property/persons relating to the use or misuse of any products provided .
A refund will not be offered if the item is not used during your hire.
You must check your hire items within 48 hours and notify us of any problems with your order.  Any issues with item(s) should be discussed with the &honey hire manager for your area immediately.  We accept no responsibility for any issues, if you fail to do so.
If the item is returned more than 48 hours late - your bond won’t be returned, as this affects the next booking. Unless otherwise arranged with &honey.
If there are any items missing or damage to the hired items then the bond will not be returned.
Tens Machines must be returned with all batteries provided, any used electrode pads can be thrown away.

 

Additional birth pool hire terms and conditions:

The pool must not be used without the liner provided. 
We cannot guarantee that the tap adaptor provided will fit every tap - it is likely that it will fit at least one of the taps in most houses (eg laundry, bathroom). However, if you find that it does not fit - it is your responsibility to arrange a suitable alternative, these can be found at hardware stores.  
Pets and children must not play in/around the pool.
A $50 non refundable deposit is included in the overall hire price of the birth pools.  Orders may be cancelled by the customer up until 10am the day before your booking and if this is done, a refund will be made to the customer, less the $50 deposit.  We cannot offer refunds once the birth pool has been picked up.
