Pre-order Policy

Occasionally popular products sell out before our next lot of stock arrives so we will offer them as pre-order.

- If you order any in-stock item/s, we will hold these and ship your entire order when all items are available. If you would like a stocked item sooner you will need to do this in a seperate order.

- We will give an estimated time we expect the ore-order product to arrive to us, this does not include the time to pack order and courier them to you.

- There can be delays outside of our control in freight, customs or otherwise. Dispatch dates are subject to change. Please keep this in mind if you are purchasing for a special date, get in touch with us prior to ordering if you are unsure.

We will aim to keep you informed of any significant delays to your order.
