Such a great tool for pregnant women during labour! These massage balls can help relieve tension and make it easier to relax through contractions.

This TENS machine got me to 7cm before heading to the birthing unit, so fair to say it worked WONDERS for me. I really recommend :)

Delicious!!

So grateful that the courier bought this to my door just as my waters broke 😂 it smells divine and was so lovely to take a little moment in between contractions to roll it on. It was a bonus being able to pass it onto another mama to enjoy during her labour.

The perfect size, texture, pressure for the palm of my hand. I absolutely love these.

Amazing to use during birth, everyone needs to try it!

Highly recommend hiring from &honey, super efficient and great to deal with!

They are a good size for cleaning spit ups and over the shoulder placement. Very soft and double layered so less likely to soak through

Had the absolute privilege to try out My Birth Weapon for my elective c section.
I did think "how on earth would this help during a c section?" Well... approx 12hrs before my elective booking I went into spontaneous labour, I used My Birth Weapon during the surges, they really helped me focus on breathing by almost spreading the contraction pain over a larger area of my body which made them more manageable.
I ended up taking one into surgery with me where I used it to keep my mind busy (I like to have something to fidget with when I'm nervous), this worked so well for me and was able to have a laugh with the staff and felt so relaxed.
The usage of My Birth Weapon hasnt stopped there though! At 2 weeks postpartum, I use it every feed to massage my breasts before and during feeding to help minimise clogs as an oversupplier, it also softens the tissue to help baby latch easier.
I can definitely see myself using this more often, from knots in my back and shoulders to sore feet.
Its well worth the purchase and definitely something I will be including in gifts for my mama friends!

Worked beautifully. So small and easy to work around, kept everything clean and dry and sanitary then worked so quickly the cord fell off clean on day 5. Love this product. Would recommend to everyone.

I used these throughout my long 41 hour labour! They were an amazing distraction and helped to aid in pain relief. I have been able to use them postpartum also to help with circulation and reduce swelling in my feet

I started taking this at 37weeks and would take in the morning with a drop of honey for a calm start to my morning. I really enjoyed the taste. I wish I only started it earlier and more frequent.

As soon as I felt my labour starting I rolled some of this on my temple points and wrists, game changer! Took my mind off getting through the early labour stage paired with the birth weapon balls

These are amazing for early labour & full on labour! Didn’t let go of mine ever throughout the whole experience, they go well with being in the water as well! Would highly recommend these for your birthing bag. I will absolutely save for if I have another birth 😍

I drank this tea from 35 weeks and was able to have the unmedicated homebirth I dreamed of! Very thankful - I liked the taste much better when I had it as iced tea

I’ve been a Doula for more than 15years offering many tools to use for natural pain coping techniques and management. I just got my hands on (pun-intended) My Birth Weapon and absolutely love it! It will be in my Doula Bag and come with me to every Labour.
