I didn't get a chance to use the birth weapon during my labour as my baby came earlier than expected, so instead I asked my husband if he could massage my back and legs with it. He found that he could easily adjust the pressure to suit my needs.

I felt great and very blissful afterwards! And the massage was longer than what I usually get, possibly because it was much easier and didn't require much thought (great when sleep deprived).

Bonus point, my 2 and 5 year old daughters find it a curious object and like to roll it up and down my arms! :)

I have given one of the balls to a friend who is close to her due date and she has popped it in her hospital bag, ready to use.

I’m not pregnant, but my daughters (4 and 7) and I are using Clarity as our every day scent and loving it! It’s calming, not over powering and grounding. Especially nice as an evening ritual we do together! Highly recommend.

This little roller is so nice to use. Helps to bring the high energy down and it smells amazing. Clary Sage can be a polarising scent and puts people off using it for labour but this smells great. Recently used in a labour and did the trick nicely

This ball was such a beautiful addition to my pregnancy tool kit! Medicine balls are wonderful for relieving pain during every stage of pregnancy (especially the labour bit haha) but are a bit of an eyesore - not this one though! It sat in my lounge 24/7 and fit in with my decor perfectly. Aesthetics aren’t the be all and end all, but it’s nice to make something that’s usually more functional a bit more luxurious. Great product!

Used these during labour for easing contraction pain, and postpartum to relieve back and muscle pain as a massage roller! Significantly more effective than birth combs in my opinion, and lovely to get long term use from it after birth xx

I read the reviews & that got me interested but I didn’t have high hopes as it’s something new to me. Fair to say I can’t believe I birthed a baby without these in the past. I used these through my second birth. Preferred to use both of these over the gas & didn’t have anything else for the pain. I would 100% recommended these to everyone for the difference they make all the way through labour. The reviews are no joke they truly are the best!

My midwife had me use the Birth Weapon, which I found quite helpful during labour. It fit in my hands quite well, and they float in the water, too! Now, I bought it to give to a friend. Hopefully she'll find it beneficial during labour as much as I did.
