As a gal with the heavy bleeding curse, I love using these as an overnight option, sometimes paired with my hello disc for that added protection. Since the old pelvic floor is also quite weak these days I will also use them for non-period reasons on days when I know I might be prone to an accidental leak, ie going to the gym/playing sports/jumping on the trampoline with my kids (IYKYK). 

3-4 Tampons (15-20ml) Absorption. Made from soft, breathable Bamboo/Cotton and featuring a high waist and gusset from the front all the way to the back waistband.

How to Use

Care Instructions

Rinse your Luna briefs and reusable pads with cold water as soon as you can after removal until the water starts to run clear.  Pop them in a wash bag with the rest of your washing and wash with like colours on a cold water cycle (max 30 degrees). 

Wash before wear. Cold delicate machine wash with like colours. Do not add softener. Do not soak. Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry. Do not iron. Do not dry clean. Line dry.
