TENS Machine Hire - NZ WIDE

I didn’t know about the tens machine for my first birth. I wish I did! My friend recommended it, and I thought I’d try it for the birth of my second child. It’s such a simple sounding device but it was so effective! My husband helped me put it on when my contractions started getting more regular. I liked how I could increase the power, and it gave me something else to focus on, aside from my breathing, during contractions. There were a couple of times I accidentally turned it off mid-contraction and I really noticed the difference! At those points I was basically scrambling to get it working again. I would 1000% use it again and can’t recommend it enough! It’s a genius invention! It allowed me to breathe through contractions in a way that sped up my labour hugely compared to my first birth.

I am so grateful to have had the tens machine. I got to 8cm before a planned epidural.

This little bad boy packs a punch when it needs to! Got me all the way through from the first few contractions up until 15 mins before baby was making an exit. Second child but first TENS use, WISH I had it first time round!!
The lovely ladies supply all you need for a very stress free hire experience, I’d give it 6 stars if it would let me!

This thing is AMAZING!! I didn’t think I’d like a TENS machine but thought it might be good to have in my labour kit. To say it saved me is an understatement, I wore it from the first contraction to pushing the baby. I can not recommend it enough, every birthing person needs one.
